Product overview

The PP filter cartridge series consists of melt-blown and wire-wound variants. Melt-blown type: Made of ultra-fine polypropylene fibres thermally bonded without chemical adhesives. Randomly bonded fibres form a 3D microporous structure combining depth and fine filtration. Its gradient pore structure (looser outer layer, denser inner layer) traps suspended solids, fine particles and rust. Particle bridging occurs within pores to capture particles smaller than the nominal pore size. Wire-wound type: Formed by wound fibre yarns to meet different filtration requirements. Cartridges in this series deliver low pressure drop and good dirt holding capacity. Under suitable operating conditions, the filter media will not introduce extra contaminants into treated water. Yutai Environmental Technology can supply cartridges with customized lengths, filtration ratings and end connections to fit standard filter housings.
